This is our 3rd of 4 course in the "Representing Buyers" Module. This course is broken into two different sections. The first section look at house shopping with your clients. It includes both what you will need to do to prepare as well as selecting the right houses to look at, which is critical.
The second section goes over writing an offer. Once you have found a place your buyer wants to put in an offer for this section will help you write your offer. This section will go over all the items in their offer you want to pay attention to.
