Description

This is our 1st of 4 course in the "Representing Buyers" Module. This course will give you an overview of representing a buyer as well as help you set up the tools you will. The next courses will go through how to get buyers, house shopping with your buyers, everything about offers and most important course, escrow.

In this course we still start with an over of being a buyer’s agent. Second we get into the basic tools and software you will need as an agent. Next we will go over the forms you will use in the process. Lastly we will review your duties as an agent and go over what the expectations of the client are.
