"Selling a House" Module (4 COURSES)


Description

In the "Selling a House" module we will go over all the basic steps to selling a home as an agent for the seller. This is the 2nd of 4 courses for the "Selling a House" module.

In this course there are two parts we are going to cover. 1st we will start with the Listing Contract and then 2nd we will go over Marketing the House.

The Listing Contract will have 3 sections we will walk you through. They are initial research, wiring the contract and signing the contract. Your listing contract must be in writing not just a verbal agreement or a handshake. So you must learn the procedures of the listing contract.

Next we will go into Marketing the Listing. This will be your 30 ­Point Marketing Plan and and implement your marketing campaign. We start with the a dive into The Photo Showcase, The MLS Listing, and the Financing Package.

After that we will quickly go over some of the basics. These include holding open houses, and touch on technology like social media. Just as important and not to be forgotten is tracking the leads.
