Description

This is the 3rd of 4 courses for the Selling a Home category.

This course will cover all the basics about offers. We start with going over the best practices when receiving offers, because there is more to it than meets the eye. Second we will go over the presenting the offers and making sure you get everything you need in the offer package. These documents in the offer package are really important

After that we will go into detail about evaluating the offers, specifically evaluating multiple offers. Lastly, we will talk about how to write counter offers. All very important steps to making sure you get the best deal for your client.
