Description

This is the 1st of 4 courses for the "Selling a House" Module.

In the "Selling a House" Module we will go over all the basic steps to selling a home as an agent for the seller. In the course we will go over what a listing agent is. We will dive into an agents duties. We will break this into official duties and practical duties.

The last part of this intro course will review seller’s expectations. We will look at their marketing expectations, their transactional expectations, their expectations for the sale’s result and what they expect of you.
